"Damaged Tiles Upon Arrival"
My order showed up on time, but the way it was packed was not great, leading to damaged tiles. The only thing used for protection was some styrofoam peanuts, which meant a lot of the tiles I got are now unusable. This has really set back my renovation plans and cost me extra. I've shopped online with other sellers before and never had this problem.
I reached out to the seller twice for an RMA number, but I still haven't received a response. Not pleased at all.

"Gorgeous Tile"
This tile is stunning! The colors pop with vibrant blues, and the seashells embedded in it are just delightful. I'm incorporating a decorative strip of this tile with my white subway tile backsplash. My kitchen has turned into a dream space, and I know my friends will be jealous!
